In addition to the Scriptures I have experienced things
sufficient to persuade me of the existence of God. Primarily
through the scriptures but in other ways also, I have come to
know, in broad strokes, some part of His Will. It really can be
pretty well boiled down to "Love God and Love your Neighbor as
you love yourself."
I know absolutely that if He wants me to do evil to the
innocent He has definitely not mentioned it to me.

I think you should re-visit your history classes. Australia has
a long history of "heroic feats". Who shot down the "Red Baron"
in WWI? An Australian. Ask the French about Australians in WWII,
we lost 40,000 soldiers in one day being assigned to a task the
other allies were "too busy" to handle. Not take a stance? Two
words: East Timor.

Now Gun control.... well, it's been about a month since I posted
on this message board. Glad to see your so persistant. I guess
the fear of having your surrogate metal penis taken away
provides ample motivation to keep ranting. I don't feel the
same, I have a real flesh and blood one, which incedentally,
my "old lady" prefers.

As for my "old lady" being potentially assualted, a) She can
defend herself against a un-armed man (unlike against a man with
a gun) b) I've had a few attempts on my life (never with a gun)
and I've saved my own skin bare handed and c) there is this
thing called a legal system to deal with the aftermath. Notice
how in this scenario, things are better off without a gun -
neither of us get shot :)

I think you'll find that levels of "itchy trigger finger" are
inversly proportional with levels of sexual activity. Do
your "old lady" a favour: Sell the gun, by some Viagra.

Without getting into a pissing match regarding "gun envy" (note
my board name; imagine my potential emarrassment!), from my
experience here in the states that criminals always seem to find
some means to obtain guns illegally. This would also be the
case where guns were somehow officially made illegal in the US;
criminals would ignore the law, and buy their guns on the black
market. This would put me at a severe disadvantage if someone
were to break into my home with the intent of shooting me or my
family. This is essentially why the Bill of Rights (of the US
Constitution makes provision for the right to keep and bear
arms). Actually, the argument against gun ownership here is that
only the militia is allowed to have them, while the argument
which favors them states that ALL US citizens comprise the
militia. I find that I subscribe to the latter argument.

There is a massive war coming. It's too late to stop. Even now,
the planet is being galvanized into two forces, muslim and non-
muslim. Of course, that is what the Muslims want. This is what
Osama Bin Laden wanted and we have played his game the exact
way he wants. In the Islamic faith, there are two types of
people, believers and non believers, and the duty is to kill the
unfaithful. Too many in the name of political correctness have
soft pedaled the truth about the nature of Islam. Even our
leaders praise this "Noble religion of peace" as not to anger
the more fanatical elements that are growing not only in this
country, but world wide.

Dunno... I don't get that way too often. Illegal gun trade
thrives because 1) criminals will always be able to bring them
into any nation if they are determined enough, and 2) because
Bill Clinton during his Presidency decided to reinterpret the
second ammendment of our constitution, which guarantees we
citizens the right to keep and bear arms. He decided that
"assault" rifles should be outlawed on the basis of his personal
opinion, and for no sound reason. History bears out that many
nations that have outlawed guns have become oppressive of their
citizens, and have deprived them of whatever freedoms they
choose. Our right to keep and bear arms is a part of what we in
the states call "checks and balances".

Cool name! There once was a DJ on Chicago radio called Mancow, a

assault on Iraq and a totally different mindset than simply
driving the asswipes out of Kuwait. Saddam will suffer
the 'mother of all defeats'. Many innocent Iraqi's will be
killed but the blood will join other blood on Saddam & Sons Inc.
hands. These are very hard decisions for Bush or anyone to make.
The pieces are in place and ass WILL be kicked in Iraq. The
question is: Can WE (US + UK + Australia + Italy + Turkey + many
other un-named nations) follow through with the help the Iraqi
people are going to need in the aftermath? I believe the U.S.
can and will. Just my opinion, but fuck the U.N. in humanitary
matters, well actually, fuck the U.N. in ALL matters.

Rest assured, we will get the bastard this go-round, and rest
easy, a war is happening but the outcome is a foregone
conclusion. America is still very strong, militarily and
nationally amongst the people.

Clinton is no longer in the Oval Office now ;)If we do get into
a war, this is only the beginning though. As for the other
countries like china and Russia, after they see what happens to
Iraq, I think they'll fall into line. They are scared to death
right now because Bush is plainly saying there will be a war,
and a nasty one. Not just for Iraq, but for whoever sticks their
noses into it. Behind the scenes, They're all trying desperately
to get Saddam to give in. I think they know it's a little bit
different this time around.
I gave up on the UN a long time ago. It's credibility and

well as the gov't and the military, it effectively put every one
of us in America on the front lines. I take that seriously and
personally. Don't expect me or my nation to stop in our response
to the terrorists. It just might be that if we don't kill them,
they will attack and destroy nations in Western Europe. Think
about that for awhile, Vern.

I allready thought of that for one year .44. Did i say that
terrorism shouldn't be fought? That is a misunderstanding. Just
that i don't appreciate your government and the things which
particularly happen in the Philippines doesn't mean that you
shouldn fight the people who killed 4000 innnocent people.
Western Europe thinks of that every day and we do see the attack
as an attack on us to.But some of the people your government is
calling terrorist are not terrorists at all. The New People's
Army and the MILF in the Philippines are groups who try to
protect themselves from a government which sucks them outfor
many years allready. That government is now protected by your
government and your army. These groups were also shocked on 11-9
but now they are attacked just like you or we were on the
eleventh. And they have the right to defend themselves just like
we have. But their war is fought on their own lands.

Besides, threatening my city with a military invasion has
nothing to do with a war on terrorism. It is that the US doesn't
want any Americans to be judged by the international court for
war crimes.

And i do have the feeling that the US has been backing up groups
which were terrorists to. In Nicaracua before.

The terrorists that did all that damage in your country were not
comming from Holland or the Philippines. But that is where the
Americans are active. How would you feel if for instance Brasil
would be attacked that way and just to make sure they plan
military actions in Maryland, Tennesse or Ohio? It is your
country not theirs isn't it?

No .44. That is not true. I am a journalist who worked in the
Philippines. I understand that you have complete faith in your
government but.
The Philippines is a former colony of the US (in the begining of
the 20th century 1.4 milion Filipino's died in the war between
Filipino''s and the US army.
The reason that the US is there is because the south of the
Philippines is full of natural recources such as gold. Three
yours ago, the US allready tried to establish a military base in
the south but than it was stopped due to Filippine organisations.

Seven months ago, the president of the Philippines, GMA, asked
the Americans to come. She has a close coonection to your
country. They were supposed to stay for six months and they
would only fight or assist in the fight against the Abu Sayyaf
group. A group which has been supported by the Philippine
government and perhaps also by the CIA. But instead of assisting
in a war against the Abu Sayyaf they started to build on a base
which was supposed to serve for a much longer time than 6 months.

The Abu Sayyaf group is the excuse for them to be there. Now
your army has decided to declare war to the New poeple's army
and the MILF. And they are totally not connected to Al Quaida.
Everyone knows that. With the Abu Sayyaf it was still vague but
now the ar,y of your country is attacking people who have
NOTHING to do with Al Qaida.

By the way, is it true that all Americans are in favor of death
sentence?

OK boy wonder, I'll bite. American citizens are probably split
close to fifty-fifty on the death penalty issue, possibly more
for than against. Just my observation as a U.S. citizen.
Personaly, Im all for the death penalty. There is evil in this
world and evil cannot be rehabilitated.

The Kyoto treaty is b.s. number one, number two, it is not in
America's best interests, we foot the bill for enough crapola
around the world. If people would stop eating so many spicy
foods and farting so much, the ozone layer would be just fine.
LOL!

Im sorry. I must have been asleep when the U.S.A. invaded the
Philippines unless it was in WW2 and not being born yet excuses
me from all guilt of which there would be none. As some silly
American general muttered "we shall return".

Now threatening Holland is another story! This I haven't heard.
Please do explain in depth. Is Holland harboring terroroists?
Have you seen a tall skinny Arab dude with some big ol dried out
lips, rapidly graying hair and who babbles on endlessy about
stupid shit. If you do, that could be Osama, and we'd like a
friendly little chat with him! The best place to look would be

Such as an NPA camp in the bushes of the Philippines.

My dear friend, did i say that i agree their discrimination? I
don't agree with them but i'm not the one there who makes
their rules. It is not a kind of elitism. These places are nasty
and dirty. The reason they won't let people with an American
passport in now is because your country added them to
their list of terrorist groups.

The reason that is started talking about my place is not
arrogance. Someone wrote something in which he/she said
that everyone who doesn't support the US is jealous. I agree
that i feel bitten by that remark so i explain why i'm not
jealous.

I spent time on this thing for the following reason. In my
cirkels their is growing frustration about what happens in
the world. We hear about American patriotism but don't see
or hear it with our own eyes because it is far away.

Surfing on the internet it was the first time to hear the other
time. And it brought a lot of questions to me and points i
would also like to say. To hear what an American parriot has
to say about it.

Ah, thank you for your respons.

I don't agree with you on the abandonning of the Kyoto
threaty thing. Westers countries use an amazing high
proportion of fossile fuels. It doesn't only ruin the air where
you use it but just as well the rest of the globe. A large
western country uses a lot so if the president stops the
threaty than that damages the environment for us all. I don't
know what crapola means but perhaps you mean
investments in development problems outside the western
countries. Not only are these two different subjects. It is also
that every wetern country invests in solving other countries
'crapola'. The US more simply because it has more tax
paying civilians. Ha, it is a few hundred times bigger than
my nation for example.

The I'l be back man was Douglass MacArthur who said this
in i think 1942 when he went to Australia.

Threatening Holland. No, that is not for harbouring terrorists.
Holland is the future settlement for the international court for
war criminals. All countries in the world agreed with this
court except for Iraq and America. They don't want any of
their soldiers or civilians to face trial in a strange country.
That surprised me because the war crimes for which the
future suspects will be triald will often be committed in
another country than where the suspect comes from. The
US brought prisoner's from Afghanistan to Cuba. But when
it's an American who will be threated the same way he or
she is only allowed to be triald in the US, at least that is
what your government wants. Very likebale that the most
notorious war criminal can get a smooth trial in the country
where he was paid to commit these crimes in the first
places(have you seen casualties of war?)
So if an American will be forsed to appear in Den Haag the
American government decided that he or she shall be
liberated by a military action. An action which of course
could kill civilians of my place.

Osama in Amsterdam smoking wiet. Ha, that's funny. He
wouldn't be welcome and many Dutch would like to have the
same chat. He can't go to the free needles bar. I think you
have to inlist for that. I guess he will be in the sand dunes.
The WW2 bunkers there might remind him of home and
there is lots of sand. Sorry for writing such a long tekst

don't because they trust to much on the same source, your media
who is not objective.

Before you judge something or someone you must know about it.

You don't know me. UYou know nothing about my country but yet
you judge and you put your judgement on the one sighted things
you hear.

It is very typical when i get into discussion with you and you
have nothing to say anymore you call it humor.

Nowadays terrorist became a swearing word which we use to insult
each other. My country is Holland and there are no terrorist.

In Holland we expected the attacks years before. We knew that
sooner or later it was going to happen. At the begining of the
intifada we started to become worried of the future.

On the eleventh of septemer i though, (translated) " int this
some shit". Now hell is breaking lose. Not only for the poor
victims but anything your country would do.

Are you proud now? There are no terrorists here in Holland, not
in the Philippines. But it is easier for you to call us all like
that. Why don't you step outside your country and face the
world?

U.S. War Crimes in Iraq

A Report on United States War Crimes Against Iraq to the
Commission of Inquiry for the International War Crimes Tribunal

By Ramsey Clark and Others

Index of Crimes
The United States engaged in a pattern of conduct beginning in
or before 1989 intended to lead Iraq into provocations
justifying U.S. military action against Iraq and permanent U.S.
military domination of the Gulf.
President Bush from August 2, 1990 intended and acted to
prevent any interference with his plan to destroy Iraq
economically and militarily.
President Bush ordered the destruction of facilities essential
to civilian life and economic productivity throughout Iraq.
The United States intentionally bombed and destroyed civilian
life, commercial and business districts, schools, hospitals,
mosques, churches, shelters, residential areas, historical
sites, private vehicles and civilian government offices.
The United States intentionally bombed indiscriminately
throughout Iraq.
The United States intentionally bombed and destroyed Iraqi
military personnel, used excessive force, killed soldiers
seeking to surrender and in disorganised individual flight,
often unarmed and far from any combat zones and randomly and
wantonly killed Iraqi soldiers and destroyed materiel after the
cease fire.
The United States used prohibited weapons capable of mass
destruction and inflicting indiscriminate death and unnecessary
suffering against both military and civilian targets.
The United States intentionally attacked installations in Iraq
containing dangerous substances and forces.
President Bush ordered U.S. forces to invade Panama, resulting
in the deaths of 1,000 to 4,000 Panamanians and the destruction
of thousands of private dwellings, public buildings, and
commercial structures.
President Bush obstructed justice and corrupted United Nations
functions as a means of securing power to commit crimes against
peace and war crimes.
President Bush usurped the Constitutional power of Congress as
a means of securing power to commit crimes against peace, war
crimes, and other high crimes.
The United States waged war on the environment.
President Bush encouraged and aided Shiite Muslims and Kurds to
rebel against the government of Iraq causing fratricidal
violence, emigration, exposure, hunger and sickness and
thousands of deaths. After the rebellion failed, the U.S.
invaded and occupied parts of Iraq without authority in order
to increase division and hostility within Iraq.
President Bush intentionally deprived the Iraqi people of
essential medicines, potable water, food, and other
necessities.
The United States continued its assault on Iraq after the cease
fire, invading and occupying areas at will.
The United States has violated and condoned violations of human
rights, civil liberties and the U.S. Bill of Rights in the
United States, in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere to achieve
its purpose of military domination.
The United States, having destroyed Iraq's economic base,
demands reparations, which will permanently impoverish Iraq and
threaten its people with famine and epidemic.

President Bush systematically manipulated, controlled,
directed, misinformed and restricted press and media coverage
to obtain constant support in the media for his military and
political goals.
The United States has by force secured a permanent military
presence in the Gulf, the control of its oil resources and
geopolitical domination of the Arabian Peninsula and Gulf
region.

Initial Complaint
Charging
George Bush, J. Danforth Quayle, James Baker,
Richard Cheney, William Webster, Colin Powell,
Norman Schwarzkopf and Others to be named
With
Crimes Against Peace, War Crimes, Crimes Against
Humanity and Other Criminal Acts and High Crimes in
Violation of the Charter of the United Nations,
International Law, the Constitution of the United States
and Laws made in Pursuance Thereof.

Final Judgement:
International War Crimes Tribunal
The members of the International War Crimes Tribunal, meeting
in New York, have carefully considered the Initial Complaint of
the Commission of Inquiry dated May 6, 1991 against President
George H. W. Bush, Vice President J. Danforth Quayle, Secretary
of Defense Richard Cheney, Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf Commander of
the Allied Forces in the Persian Gulf, and others named in the
Complaint charging them with nineteen separate crimes against
peace, war crimes, and crimes against humanity in violation of
the Charter of the United Nations, the 1949 Geneva Conventions,
the First Protocol thereto, and other international agreements
and customary international law:
having the right and obligation as citizens of the world to sit
in judgement regarding violations of international humanitarian
law;
having heard the testimony from various Commissions of Inquiry
hearings held within their own countries and/or elsewhere
during the past year and having received reports from numerous
other Commission hearings which recite the evidence there
gathered;
having been provided with documentary evidence, eyewitness
statements, photos, videotapes, special reports, expert
analyses and summaries of evidence available to the Commission;
having access to all evidence, knowledge, and expert opinion in
the Commission files or available to the Commission;
having been provided by the Commission, or elsewhere obtained,
various books, articles, and other written materials on various
aspects of events and conditions in the Persian Gulf and
military and arms establishments;
having considered newspaper coverage, magazine and periodical
reports, special publications, T.V., radio, and other media
coverage and public statements by the accused, other public
officials and other public materials;
having heard the presentations of the Commission of Inquiry in
public hearing on February 29, 1992, the testimony and evidence
there presented; and having met, considered and deliberated
with each other and with Commission staff and having considered
all the evidence that is relevant to the nineteen charges of
criminal conduct alleged in the Initial Complaint make the
following findings.
Findings
The members of the International War Crimes Tribunal finds each
of the named accused Guilty on the basis of the evidence
against them and that each of the nineteen crimes alleged in
the Initial Complaint, attached hereto, has been established to
have been committed beyond a reasonable doubt.
The members believe that it is imperative if there is ever to
be peace that power be accountable for its criminal acts and we
condemn in the strongest possible terms those found guilty of
the charges herein. We urge the Commission of Inquiry and all
people to act on recommendations developed by the Commission to
hold power accountable and to secure social justice on which
lasting peace must be based.
Recommendations
The Members urge the immediate revocation of all embargoes,
sanctions and penalties against Iraq because they constitute a
continuing crime against humanity.
The Members urge public action to prevent new aggressions by
the United States threatened against Iraq, Libya, Cuba, Haiti,
North Korea, Pakistan and other countries and the Palestine
people; fullest condemnation of any threat or use of military
technology against life, both civilian and military, as was
used by the United States against the people of Iraq.
The Members urge that the power of the United Nations Security
Council, which was blatantly manipulated by the U.S. to
authorise illegal military action and sanctions, be vested in
the General Assembly; that all permanent members be removed and
that the right of veto be eliminated as undemocratic and
contrary to the basic principles of the U.N. Charter.
The Members urge the Commission to provide for the permanent
preservation of the reports, evidence, and materials gathered
to make them available to others, and to seek ways to provide
the widest possible distribution of the truth about the U.S.
assault on Iraq.
Charges of Other Countries
In accordance with the last paragraph of the Initial Complaint
designated Scope of Inquiry, the Commission has gathered
substantial evidence of criminal acts by governments and
individual officials in addition to those formally presented
here. Formal charges have been drafted by some Commissions of
Inquiry against other governments in addition to the United
States. Those charges have not been acted upon here. The
Commission of Inquiry or any of its national components may
choose to pursue such other charges at some future time. The
Members urge all involved to exert their utmost effort to
prevent recurrences of violations by other governments that
were not considered here.

Korea War Crimes Tribunal Finds U.S. Government Guilty

On June 23rd, in New York City, the Korea International War
Crimes Tribunal condemned the U.S. Government for its crimes
committed against the people of Korea from 1945-2001. The
tribunal found the U.S. government guilty on 19 counts of War
Crimes, Crimes Against Peace, and Crimes Against Humanity for
its actions in Korea from 1945 to the present.
The tribunal, which heard testimony from eyewitnesses and
survivors of massacres carried out by the U.S. military during
the Korean War (1950-53), was organized by the Korean Truth
Commission. The commission was formed in May 2000 by
representatives from both north and south Korea as well as from
overseas Korean communities. In addition, representatives from
the U.S. and the 15 other countries, which took part in the war
of aggression against Korea, took part in the tribunal.
Participants in the tribunal presented their findings to the
United Nations in New York on July 24th, and then on the
following day led a caravan to Washington D.C. for a protest
rally and march to the White House.
Below we reprint the final judgement of the tribunal, issued on
June 23rd.

Having been informed that the Korea Truth Commission gave ample
opportunity to U.S. government defendants to attend and present
evidence in their defense, which up to the moment of this
verdict they have been unable or unwilling to do; and

Having met, considered and deliberated with each other and with
Commission staff and having considered all the evidence that is
relevant to the nineteen charges of criminal conduct alleged in
the Initial Complaint, make the following Findings:

The Members of the International War Crimes Tribunal find the
accused Guilty on the basis of the evidence against them: each
of the nineteen separate crimes alleged in the Initial
Complaint has been established to have been committed beyond a
reasonable doubt. The Members find these crimes to have
occurred during three main periods in the U.S. intervention in
and occupation of Korea.

The best-known period is from June 25, 1950, until July 27,
1953, the "Korean War," when over 4.6 million Koreans perished,
according to conservative Western estimates, including 3
million civilians in the north and 500,000 civilians in the
south. The evidence of U.S. war crimes presented to this
Tribunal included eyewitness testimony and documentary accounts
of massacres of thousands of civilians in southern Korea by
U.S. military forces during the war.
Abundant evidence was also presented concerning criminal and
even genocidal U.S. conduct in northern Korea, including the
systematic leveling of most buildings and dwellings by U.S.
artillery and aerial bombardment; widespread atrocities
committed by U.S. and R.O.K. forces against civilians and
prisoners of war; the deliberate destruction of facilities
essential to civilian life and economic production; and the use
of illegal weapons and biological and chemical warfare by the
U.S. against the people and the environment of northern Korea.
Documentary and eyewitness evidence was also presented showing
gross and systematic violence committed against women in
northern and southern Korea, characterized by mass rapes,
sexual assaults and murders.

Less known but of crucial importance in understanding the war
period is the preceding five years, from the landing of U.S.
troops in Korea on September 8, 1945, to the outbreak of the
war. The Members of the Tribunal examined extensive evidence of
U.S. crimes against peace and crimes against humanity in this
period.
The Members conclude that the U.S. government acted to divide
Korea against the will of the vast majority of the people,
limit its sovereignty, create a police state in southern Korea
using many former collaborators with Japanese rule, and provoke
tension and threats between southern and northern Korea,
opposing and disrupting any plans for peaceful reunification.

In this period the U.S. trained, directed and supported the ROK
in systematic murder, imprisonment, torture, surveillance,
harassment and violations of human rights of hundreds of
thousands of people, especially of those individuals or groups
considered nationalists, leftists, peasants seeking land
reform, union organizers and/or those sympathetic to the north.

The Members find that in the period from July 1953 to the
present, the U.S. has continued to maintain a powerful military
force in southern Korea, backed by nuclear weapons, in
violation of international law and intended to obstruct the
will of the Korean people for reunification.
Military occupation has been accompanied by the organized
sexual exploitation of Korean women, frequently leading to
violence and even murder of women by U.S. soldiers who have
felt above the law. U.S.-imposed economic sanctions have
impoverished and debilitated the people of northern Korea,
leading to a reduction of life expectancy, widespread
malnutrition and even starvation in a country that once
exported food.

The refusal of the U.S. government to grant visas to a
delegation from the Democratic People s Republic of Korea who
planned to attend this Tribunal only confirms the criminal
intent of the defendants to isolate those whom they have abused
to prevent them from telling their story to the world. In all
these 55 years, the U.S. government has systematically
manipulated, controlled, directed, misinformed and restricted
press and media coverage to obtain consistent support for its
military intervention, occupation and crimes against the people
of Korea. It has also inculcated racist attitudes within the
U.S. troops and general population that prepared them to commit
and/or accept atrocities and genocidal policies against the
Korean people.

It has violated the Constitution of the United States, the
delegation of powers over war and the military, the Bill of
Rights, the UN Charter, international law and the laws of the
ROK, DPRK, People s Republic of China, Japan and many others,
in its lawless determination to exercise its will over the
Korean peninsula.

The Members of the Korea International War Crimes Tribunal hold
the United States government and its leaders accountable for
these criminal acts and condemn those found guilty in the
strongest possible terms. Recommendations:

The Members call for the immediate end of U.S. occupation of
all Korean territory, the removal of all U.S. bases, forces and
materiel, including land mines, from the region, the
rectification of environmental damage, and the cessation of
overt and covert operations against northern Korea.

The Members urge the immediate revocation of all embargoes,
sanctions and penalties against northern Korea because they
constitute a continuing crime against humanity. The Members call
for emergency funds to be provided to the people of northern
Korea through the Democratic People s Republic of Korea to feed
the hungry and care for the sick, whose suffering is a direct
result of U.S. policies.

The Members call for reparations to be paid by the U.S.
government to all of Korea to compensate for the damage
inflicted by 55 years of violence and economic warfare. The
Members further call for an immediate end to all interference
by the U.S. aimed at preventing the people of Korea from
reunifying as they choose.

The Members call for the U.S. government to make full
disclosure of all information about U.S. crimes and wrongful
acts committed in Korea since September 7, 1945.

The Members urge the Commission to provide for the permanent
preservation of the reports, evidence and materials gathered to
make them available to others, and to seek ways to provide the
widest possible distribution of the truth about U.S. crimes in
Korea. We urge all people of the world to act on
recommendations developed by the Commission to hold power
accountable and to secure social justice on which lasting peace
must be based. Done in New York this 23rd day of June, 2001.

VIETNAM WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL in to the alleged War Crimes
ordered by the United States Government

Verdict of the [first] Stockholm Session
The International War Crimes Tribunal, during the session held
at Stockholm from 2 to 10 May 1967, studied the two following
questions included in its programme, adopted in London on 15
November 1966:

Has the United States Government (and the Governments of
Australia, New Zealand and South Korea) committed acts of
aggression according to international law? Has there been
bombardment of targets of a purely civilian character, for
example hospitals, schools, sanatoria, dams, etc., and on what
scale has this occurred?
Having heard the qualified representatives of the Democratic
Republic of Vietnam and noted the official refusal of the
government of the United States of America to make known its
point of view, and this despite the various appeals addressed
to it;
Having heard the various reporters, the experts, numerous
witnesses, including members of the investigating teams which
it had itself sent to Vietnam, as well as Vietnamese victims of
the war;
Having examined several written, photographic and
cinematographic documents, together with numerous exhibits...
considers itself able to take the following decisions.

Verdict of the Tribunal

Has the Government of the United States committed acts of
aggression against Vietnam under the terms of international law?
Yes (unanimously).

Has there been, and if so, on what scale, bombardment of purely
civilian targets, for example, hospitals, schools, medical
establishments, dams, etc?
Yes (unanimously).
We find the government and armed forces of the United States
are guilty of the deliberate, systematic and large-scale
bombardment of civilian targets, including civilian
populations, dwellings, villages, dams, dikes, medical
establishments, leper colonies, schools, churches, pagodas,
historical and cultural monuments.
We also find unanimously, with one abstention, that the
government of the United States of America is guilty of
repeated violations of the sovereignty, neutrality and
territorial integrity of Cambodia, that it is guilty of attacks
against the civilian population of a certain number of
Cambodian towns and villages.

Have the governments of Australia, New Zealand and South Korea
been accomplices of the United States in the aggression against
Vietnam in violation of international law?
Yes (unanimously).
The question also arises as to whether or not the governments
of Thailand and other countries have become accomplices to acts
of aggression or other crimes against Vietnam and its
populations. We have not been able to study this question
during the present session. We intend to examine at the next
session legal aspects of the problem and to seek proofs of any
incriminating facts.

Oh yeah I almost forgot, We held a gun at Saddam's head and

forced the Vietnamese to strap booby traps and guns to their

America brought the rest of the World to the Modern Age. We saved
Europe twice. Without America, Europe would have fallen under
the Iron Cutain, or Nazi Germany. And we continue save Europe
even now with an overpowering UN presence. Remember the League
of Nations? Remember what happened to it when America refused to
join? Without the US, there would be no United anything.
We have always been the first to offer aid when needed. We've
been the ones to fight dictatorships and evil regimes when
needed. We've screwed up on foreign policy here and there, and
we've paid for it. When the CIA helped and trained Bin Laden,
it was to fight a greater evil. Little did we know at the time
that He would turn on us. So add betrayal to the list of his
crimes. When the US bombed Hiroshima, Once again it was in
defense against a greater evil. The Japanese would have fought
to the last man. Dropping the Bomb persuaded the Japanese that
fighting was useless, and it also showed the Russians that
messing with us after the war was a BAD idea. Dropping the Bomb
was the lesser of evils. It was either 100,000 lives, or
continue fighting and lose an excess of maybe 500,000 or more.
What would you choose?

I never see mention of the fact that after the war, WE helped to
rebuild Europe, Germany AND Japan.

Religion has nothing to do with God.
Religion is man's invention. History shows that when man puts
his own spin on god, it all goes straight to hell. My point is,
put the blame where it lies, solely on man. It's not god or some
other deity's fault. Man's interpretation is to blame. Because
of that, you get crusades, holy wars, religious terrorism, the

No, i'm not admitting on you that US would have saved us. It

When the first Dutch civilians were killed in may 1940 the
