are thinking during his speech.  I believe that Britain has 
proven recently that it is NOT our most trusted friend because 
it is voting not to chase down the idiot Hussein and remove him

people were living the last day of their life. Totally 
oblivious, as we all were. One year on and what has it gained? 
The dicks that were flying the planes didn't gain (death is to 
good for those shits), Osama didn't gain in any way other than 
a sick satisfaction. None of the religions/people gained, it 
has just increased racism. Can someone help me out here...does 
anyone know what the fukin point was? An attrocity like this

I know it has been a while since anyone has written on this 
site, but I have to agree entirely with what Follower of Christ 
has written on September 25th, 2001.  Tomorrow will mark the 
one year anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the United 
States of America.  This country is NOTHING without God.  God 
has allowed us to become THE most powerful country to ever rule 
on the Earth.  Many of us live our lives in sin, day in and day 
out, and our time is coming.  That does not mean that the World 
Trade Centers should have been attacked and that many lives 
should have been lost that day, but it does mean that this 
world is getting worse and worse as every minute passes by.  We 
need to consult Jesus Christ in all we do.  He is the only way 
to eternal life.  If we live our lives as Jesus Christ did when 
he was living on the earth, this world would not be as it is 
today.  We would not have to face such disaster and sorrow.  
But we were born of sin and we need to flee from our old ways.  
We need to give our lives to Jesus.  Accept him as our personal 
savior.  Repent for our sins and ask for his forgiveness.  
Believe that he was resurrected from the grave and devote our 
lives to him.  With that, Death will flee from us.  Death will 
not scare us, for we know that greater things lye before us.  
Eternity is before us.  Read your Bible, and if you don't have 
one buy one.  There are no lies in the Bible.  It is the 
Truth.  The end is not far.  Worse is to come, but GOOD will 
prevail.  Praise the Lord!  Choose your side, but I pray you 
will choose God.  Read Revelation.  Read John 3:16 in the

about the U.K., more so than America. Muslim radicals are

be held accountable under Islamic law in England. Scotland Yard

The fact is this has happened! No one can change it! all we can 
do is accept it. in my mind there is no wrong and right way of 
dealing with a situation like this, if we do not fight we will 
obviously loose, if we do fight...we will beome them!

I'm writing this on the first aniversary of americas biggest 
tragedy, the tragedy that shook the world, the tragedy that will 
live in the history books and more importantly in peoples minds

From a UK prospective i agree with om/cf (america) I fear for 
the UK too. At the moment with whats going on, all the new 
teroist attacks, the continuing terror from the taliban and 
other suicide bombers and terrorists around the world, the UK 
has to be totally careful! We're a country that tries it's 
hardest to be welcoming, homely and just generally nice but the 
fact is by doing this we're beggining to get hated. We have the

I don't know the law in America but over here if someone bombs 
something, say a mosque in Egypt, they can come over to England 
and when that person's country demands that they be braught back 
to Egypt we have to decline by British law, because of that 
country's law (i.e the bomber may be killed because of what we 
did), we can put them in jail but that is all we can do, BUT on 
the other hand if the person is arrested in England for the 
crime and they want to go back to their country to face their 
impending death they are more than welcome to do so! In a way 
this is sensible but also very very stupid!

I'm only 18, barely even an adult and yet all this caos and 
confusion is going around and to be totally honest I don't know 
how to cope with it. I'm lucky enough to be living in a city 
that I love, but also a city that has a major history with WWI 
and WWII and a city which is very close to a US base, and that 
to me is kind of scary. 

When 9/11 happened England flew into a frenzy because they 
thought that the same was going to happen over here, now i'm not 
saying that was wrong, but there was no real threat to us at 
all, NOW on the other hand there is. Tony Blair is trying his

On this aniversary of that horrible day I want people everywhere 
to understand that there is a God in heaven above. His Son is 
Jesus and that one day everyone will stand before him and give 
an account: either on the Judgement Seat of Christ, or the Great 
White Throne Judgement. Those wicked individuals who hijacked 
the planes and killed those innocent people are tormenting in 
Hades and will burn there until Judgement Day (The Great White 
Throne one). On that day they will be formally sentenced to an 
eternity in the Lake of Fire where they will burn and torment 
there forever. 
I do not want any soul to go to this place, but understand this: 
Our God is a just God. Our God is a Holy God. He cannot allow 
sin to enter heaven. This is simply a fact. Turn to Jesus for 
everlasting salvation that only He can provide. He paid the 
price for our sins. 
The innocent people who died Sept 11, 2001 did not know that 
that day was their last day on earth. They "stepped into 
eternity" ready or not. I pray that by reading this the Holy 
Spirit will move you to make the prayer that changes your life 
and eternal destination forever. Repent of your sins and pray to 
Jesus and ask Him to save you. He is faithful and true and will 
save you. Then rejoice because your future destination is an 
eternity in heaven. Your name will be in the Book of Life.
Those who die without Jesus are going to spend an eternity in 
hell. This is a fact. Sept 11, 2001 was a terrible day. I pray 
that this never happens again. I hope that everyone will see how 
fragile life is and that we are not guaranteed to live to see 
another day.

After visting the WTC and seeing all the distruction, i have one 
thing to say. Its all about consumerism. I couldnt help feeling

OK, i live in Lethbridge/Alberta/Canada, all i hear is about the 
noncence that is going around, i no that it is tough and all but 
we are going to have to move on sometime, i no most of you out 
there hate the race of Bin laden and so do i, but just because he 
caused all this grief to all races around the world dosent mean we 
have to egnore people of different ethnic backgrounds. I reciently 
had had a new stusent in my school that is muslim, and all he 
hears all day is "It's all your countries faut", why dont you go 
fly a plane!! I think humans should accept people no matter what 
they believe in but in this case i think that we take to much for 
granted just think how good you have it where you live, and thatnk 
the lord that you never had to deal wiht that kind of 
situation.That little boy in my class had nothing to do with the 
attacks, but it's the background/ethnics that maje everyone jump 
to conclusions to fast.

You are correct. Afghan civilians had no say in allowing Osama 
bin Ladin and his merry band of psycho's into Afghanistan. Their 
goverment, the Taliban did. When president Bush 
included "countries that harbor terrorists" in his speech after 
911 he/we were not playing! This war against the terrorists is 
going to be long and should be taken seriously because many 
people are going to die. I have a daughter your age and I've 
helped her understand the current situation of the world as I
